Currently, the uss_qualifier test report only includes the test run configuration, omitting portions of the configuration controlling execution and producing artifacts. Especially the configuration controlling artifact production is very important in evaluating the output in some circumstances, so this PR includes the whole configuration in the report rather than just a portion.
The whole configuration is then better displayed in the sequence view artifact.
